The Maritime Ergonomics SIG is
run by the Ergonomics Society and
operated by the maritime ergonomics community
to provide guidance to the maritime community
on ergonomic issues
affecting the design, build and operation of marine transportation
in conjunction with marine professional societies and organisations.
It is proposed to develop an issues/risks register with some technical credibility that can be used by other stakeholders in the maritime community. Any formal output from the SIG with Ergonomics Society approval will appear on the SIG section of the Ergonomics Society website. At the moment, there is a placeholder at
