run by the Ergonomics Society and
It is proposed to develop an issues/risks register with some technical credibility that can be used by other stakeholders in the maritime community. Any formal output from the SIG with Ergonomics Society approval will appear on the SIG section of the Ergonomics Society website. At the moment, there is a placeholder at http://www.ergonomics.org.uk/events/sigs/maritime.htm

This site is intended to support the community concerned with the Human Element, and the main part of it is interactive so that anyone who logs in can contribute.
The co-ordinator is Brian Sherwood Jones brian@processforusability.coNOSPAM.uk who would like to acknowledge the support of Lloyd's Register EMEA. The smart bits of the interactive website are being done by Bruce of http://www.bkdesign.ca so comments and suggestions related to the content to Brian and orders for website design to Bruce.
